DNS records for our thinQ CDR FTP servers are changing. No service impact is expected. Please make note of these IP changes and allow them in your firewall policy.
Outbound CDRs Server cdrftp.thinq.com will change from 72.15.219.157 to 34.86.147.216
Inbound CDRs Server cdrs.thinq.com will change from 192.81.237.30 to 34.86.65.191
During this period the CDR FTP servers may be inaccessible, and FTP password resets performed from our web portal may have no effect.
After the DNS changes are done, your usual credentials will still be valid and the files in the servers will be the same.
