During this period we will be upgrading our Freshbooks instance to the newest version, impacting prepay customers. During this time, payments may not be available. If you are not on monthly billing, we recommend that you check your funds to ensure you have enough to cover at least a full 24 hour period. If you have automatic payments configured, you may want to add a manual top-up if there is any chance of your soft limit being hit during the upgrade window.
With our upgrade tomorrow, there will be new options when creating an invoice or adding funds in thinq.io. There will be a new “Payment Method” field with the options: Credit Card, ACH Transfer, and PayPal. Making a choice of the “Payment Method” within thinq.io will add the selected option as your payment method on the Freshbooks invoice.
