Commio's network operations team will be performing scheduled network maintenance Sunday, December 12, 2021, between 00:00AM EST / 9:00PM PST -1 day / 05:00AM UTC and 4:00AM EST / 1:00AM PST / 9:00AM UTC.

We are making additional changes to our network to enhance security and threat protection on our network. Services will automatically be failed over as we move through the network.

We classify this as a medium-risk maintenance. During this work, we do NOT expect any service disruption, but as a precaution please be prepared for periodic connectivity failovers or potential disruptions that will vary in length depending on your location and native service provider network. This may cause setup delays or errors for Text messaging (SMS/MMS), LRN, and CNAM. No impact is expected for Inbound and Outbound calling.

Expected impact duration: ~10 minutes

Please make sure you are using DNS records for termination traffic and verify that your network is configured to receive inbound call setups from all of our provided endpoints. If you have questions please contact your customer success specialist.
