Commio's network operations team will be performing scheduled network maintenance at this time to groom IP Routes in our east coast data center. We classify this as a medium-risk maintenance. During this work, we do NOT expect any service disruption, but as a precaution please be prepared for periodic connectivity failovers or potential disruptions that will vary in length depending on your location and native service provider network. This may cause setup delays or errors for Text messaging (SMS/MMS), LRN, CNAM, Inbound and Outbound calling.

The expected duration is approx. 10 minutes. We advise you to use DNS records for termination traffic and verify that your network is configured to receive inbound call setups from all of our provided endpoints.
